DETAIL NOTE ON THE VARIOUS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITES HUDA DIVISION PANIPAT :

There are 12 Nos. sector and One No. Govt. land area of HUDA at Panipat. Out of 12 Nos. sectors 10 Nos. sector are the developed sector i.e. Sector 11-12, 25(P-I), 25(P-II), 29(P-I), 6, 13-17, 18, 24 & 40. Out of 10 Nos. development sector, 7 Nos. sector i.e. Sector – 11, 12, 6, 13, 17 & 18, 24 & 40 are the residential sector and Sector-25 (P-I), Sector-25(P-II), Sector-29(P-I) are Industrial sector. The area of Govt. land is fully developed. In addition to above the land for Sector-7, 8 & 29(P-II) Industrial Panipat are under development and the details of each sector is as under:-

Sector-11:

The total area of Sector-11 U.E. Panipat is 128.60 Acre. There are 878 Nos. plots in the Sector. In addition to this 1013 Nos. Houses in Housing Board Colony. This Sector is fully developed Sector. About 95% houses have been constructed. The services provided in this sector are as under:-

The mtc. of EPHS & roads is being carried out by this office properly. The Mtc. work of street light is being looked after by XEN, (Elect) HUDA/ SDE(E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004.

The total area of Sector-12 U.E. Panipat is 258.80 Acres. There are 1993 Nos. plots in the sector. In addition to this 873 Nos. houses are in the Housing Board Colony. This sector is fully developed sector. About 85% houses have been constructed. The services provided in this sector are as under:-

The mtc. of EPHS Roads is being carried out by this office. The mtc. work of S/Light is being looked after by XEN (Elect)/ SDE (Elect) HUDA w.e.f from April 2004.

This is an Industrial-cum-Transport Nagar sector. The total area of this sector is 138.74 Acre. Out of which 123.00 Acre area is under industrial plots and 15.74 acre area is under Transport Nagar. There are 161 Nos. Industrial plots in this sector. About 90% industries have been set up on the Industrial plots. The services provided in this sector are as under :-

The mtc. of EPHS Roads is being carried out by this office. The special repair of parking of truck union area/ transport area has been done recently upto WBM. The mtc. work of S/Light is being looked after by XEN (Elect)/ SDE (Elect) HUDA w.e.f. from April 2004.

Sector-25 (P-II) Industrial-cum-Transport Nagar & Also Includes Industrial Housing Sector :

This is an Industrial-Cum-Transport Nagar Sector and also include industrial, Housing sector. The total area of the sector is 256.26 Acre. The area under informal and industrial sector is 169.56 acre. Area of industrial housing sector is 56.70 acre. The area of extension of Transport Nagar is 30.00 acre. The services proposed and executed are as under:-

The total nos. of plots in this sector excluding Transport Nagar are 1571 Nos., out of which possession of 1371 Nos. plots have been offered. The development works in Transport Nagar Ext. are yet to be done. In addition to above appx. 250 Nos. street light point have been provided in this sector. The const. of Club Building has been done in the sector for the amount Rs.101.34 Lacs & Gymkhana Club is functional w.e.f. 17th Nov, 2003. The mtc. of EPHS & roads is being carried out by this office properly. The mtc. work of street light is being looked after by XEN,(Elect) HUDA/SDE(E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004.

This is an Industrial sector. The area of this sector is 135.54 Acre. This is a fully developed Sector. There are 277 Nos. plots in this Sector. About 80% Industries have been set up on the Industrial plots. The services provided in this sector are as under:-

In addition to above there are 210 Nos. street light points have been provided in this sector. The mtc. of EPHS & roads is being carried out by this office properly. The mtc. Work of street light is being looked after by XEN, (Elect) HUDA/SDE (E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004.

This is an industrial sector and has been acquired for shifting of existing dyeing units of the Panipat Town. The total area of this sector is 600.00 acre. The Nos. of plots in sector is 689. The details of development works proposed/executed are as under:

This sector is the residential sector. The total area of this sector is about 133.28 Acre. There are 739 Nos. plots in the sector. Mahatma Gandhi Awas Yojna is existing in this sector. The development of this sector is completed. The allottees have started to construct the houses on their plots. The development works proposed/executed/ carried out in this sector are as under:-

In addition to above 100 Nos. street light points have been provided in this sector. The mtc. of all services is being carried out by this office properly. The mtc. Work of street light is being looked after by XEN, (Elect) HUDA/SDE (E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004.

This is a residential sector. The total area of the sector 266.41 Acre. The sector has been floated & plots have been allotted. The estimate for the development of various services stand approved & the works for Const of roads, water supply, sewerage lines are in progress.

Tau Devi Lal Town Park in 40.00 Acre area stand developed. The following features have been provided in Tau Devi Lal Town Park.:

This sector is a residential sector. The total area of this sector is 330.94 Acre. There are 2012 Nos. plots in the Urban Estate and 870 Nos. plots are under Housing Board Colony. This development works has been completed in this sector. The allottees have started to construct the houses on their plots. The details of development works carried out in this sector is as under :-

In addition to above 150 Nos. street light points has been provided in this sector. One No. community centre building has been constructed in the sector. The mtc. of all services is being carried out by this office properly. The mtc. Work of street light is being looked after by XEN, (Elect) HUDA/SDE (E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004.

The sector-18 U.E. Panipat is a residential sector. The sector was floated during the year 1998. The total area of this sector is 289.80 Acre out of which 9.60 acre area is under Housing Board colony. There is 2711 Nos. plots in this sector. The development works in this sector is almost completed the construction activities has been start in the sector. The detail of service proposed/executed in this sector is as under:-

The possession of plots has already been offered. About 50 Nos. houses have been constructed/under construction. The street light has been provided to those houses/plots.The mtc. of EPHS & roads is being carried out by this office properly. The mtc. Work of street light is being looked after by XEN, (Elect) HUDA/SDE (E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004..

The sector-24 U.E. Panipat is a residential sector. The sector was floated during the year 1999. The total area of this sector is 192.90 Acre. Out of 1712 Nos. plots 127 Nos. plots is under Housing Board Colony. The development works in this sector is almost completed. The possession of all the plots has already been offered by this office. The detail of services proposed/executed in this sector is as under :

The sector-40 U.E. Panipat is a residential sector. The total area of this sector is 35.00 acres. The development works in this Sector is almost completed. The possession of all the plots has already been offered by this office. The details of services proposed/executed in this sector is as under:-

The mtc. of EPHS & roads is being carried out by this office properly. The mtc. Work of street light is being looked after by XEN, (Elect) HUDA/SDE (E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004.

This is an Industrial area known as Social Welfare Land plot No.3. The total area of scheme is 4.78 acre. There are 26 Nos. plots in this land. The allottees have started to construct their Industries on these plots. The development works has been completed in this area. The detail of works carried out in this area is as under:-

The mtc. of EPHS & roads is being carried out by this office properly. The mtc. Work of street light is being looked after by XEN, (Elect) HUDA/SDE (E) HUDA Karnal w.e.f. from April 2004.

    Two No's Community Centres i.e. in Sector-12 & Sector-13-17 stand constructed and One No. in Sector-18 and One No. in Sector 6 is under construction.
    One No Primary School in Sector-11 & One No. in Sector-18 constructed.
    Three Nos. Police Post i.e. in Sector-6, Sector-11 and Sector 24 stand constructed.
    One No Gymkhana Club Building has been constructed in Sector-25, P-II Industrial cum Transport Nagar, UE Panipat.
    The work of construction of Dispensary Building in sector 12 U/E Panipat are under in progress.
    One of DIET Building has been constructed by HUDA in Panipat and has been handed over to Principal DIET Panipat on Dt.11/05/2006.
    One No. Beautiful Tau Devi Lal Twon Park in Sector-7, has been developed on G.T. Road.
    There is budget of Rs.2215.90 Lacs for the various development works for Urban Estate Panipat for the year 2007-2008 & Rs.232.49 Lacs has been incurred upto 31/05/2007.
